SIAL Paris (Salon International de l’Alimentation) is an international trade fair held every two years at the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte. It is one of the most important international food fairs with exhibitors and visitors from more than 200 countries.

The fair covers practically all food-related sectors. These include vegetables, meat, processed food, frozen food, dairy products, take-away food, seafood, beverages, pantry products and organic and ecological products. Also present are companies related to technology, equipment and services, public organisations and institutions and other food-related entities.

The Valencian agri-food sector is represented at an institutional level by the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, which usually attends the fair together with around fifty companies under its umbrella. Producing and distributing companies have the opportunity to present a wide range of productssuch as olives, olive oil, pantr and delicatessen products, rice, fruit, preserved products, honey, cakes and pastries, among many others. A unique opportunity to discover the most interesting new products in the food sector and where essential contacts are established in order to exponentially improve business opportunities.
