The International Fair of Quality Food and Beverages called Salón Gourmet takes place every year in April at the IFEMA fairgrounds in Madrid. With 34 editions under its belt, Salón Gourmet boasts of being the number one fair in Europe dedicated to the promotion of quality food and drink.
The Molt de Gust brand, which is dedicated to the promotion of quality products from the Valencian Community, could not miss this event and attends together with the Generalitat Valenciana to support Valencian producers and distributors, in this case, in the gourmetfood sector.
Salón Gourmets is a meeting point for national and international professionals from the gastronomic sector, whether they specialise in restaurants, hotels, distribution, catering or specialised trade.
Forecasts for the 2023 edition indicate that there will be more than 2,000 exhibitors presenting nearly 50,000 products to almost 100,000 visitors. A priori, an ideal place for commercial exchange, international promotion and the launch of new products in the gourmet market.
